BeBot arrives in the Caribbean: in Aruba, technology helps protect beaches
Aruba’s beaches are much more than scenic spots. They’re one of the island’s greatest assets, and protecting them is both an environmental and an economic issue.
This is why the government of Aruba has chosen BeBot, the beach cleanup solution distributed by The Searial Cleaners, a Wearth Group subsidiary.
It marks BeBot’s first implementation in the Caribbean after successfully being deployed around the world.
100% electric and whisper-quiet, BeBot was designed to thoroughly clean sand and collect debris that can easily escape detection using traditional methods: plastic fragments, cigarette butts, bottle caps, packaging, and other small pieces of trash buried in the sand.
In particular, its low noise level makes it suitable for use on busy beaches without disrupting tourist activities.
This is particularly relevant in Aruba, where the coastline is one of the island’s main assets. This means protecting the coast is about more than just environmental concerns - maintaining high-quality beaches also means taking care of a resource that’s essential to the country’s appeal and local economy.
The first BeBot will be used on a daily basis - several hours in the morning and evening - to maintain one of the island’s public beaches.

One unit in operation, closely followed by another
The BeBot’s official launch took place in the presence of Aruba’s Minister of Tourism, Wendrick Cicilia.
Its benefits soon became clear and a second BeBot has already been ordered.
Beyond the new unit, Aruba serves as a gateway for The Searial Cleaners’ expansion into the Caribbean, where several opportunities have already been identified.
This trend confirms BeBot’s potential as a technological solution: it’s easy to use, immediately recognizable, and capable of meeting the needs of a wide variety of coastal regions.
BeBot continues its international expansion
Bebot operates in 18 countries across 5 continents. To support this growth, The Searial Cleaners relies on local partners capable of marketing, deploying, and supporting the use of its solutions in a way that best meets the needs of each region.
Innovation for regional development
The Aruba project exemplifies a belief held by the Wearth Group: innovation truly comes into its own when it provides a simple and practical solution to a real-world need.
With BeBot, this vision comes to life through a solution that can help regions preserve their natural heritage while also enabling them to make full use of their resources and contributing to their appeal and development.
It’s an approach that’s fully in line with Wearth Group’s mission: to enable people to live in harmony within their ecosystems.
