Section 2 – Site access
Access to and use of the site is for personal use only. You agree not to use this site and the information or data contained therein for commercial purposes, policies, advertising and any form of commercial solicitation and in particular sending unsolicited e-mails.
Section 3 – Site Content
All brands, photographs, texts, comments, illustrations, animated or not images, video sequences, sounds, as well as all computer applications that could be used on the site and more generally all the elements reproduced or used on the site are protected by the laws in force under intellectual property. They are the sole property of the publisher or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, use or adaptation in any form whatsoever of all or part of these elements, including computer applications, without the prior written consent of the publisher is strictly prohibited. The fact that the publisher does not initiate proceedings upon becoming aware of such unauthorized uses does not mean acceptance of such uses and waiver of prosecution.

Your data is collected by Wearth Group. Personal data means any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject); is deemed to be identifiable a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to a name, an identification number or one or more specific elements, specific to its physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity. The personal information that may be collected on the site is mainly used by the publisher to manage relations with you.
The data collected is as follows in case of the user subscribing to the newsletter: Language spoken and email address.
Data collected automatically from browsing the website (stored automatically for Google Analytics): IP address type connection data.
Some data is collected when the browser chooses to fill out one of the forms available on the site. By filling out the contact form, the browser agrees to communicate his name, first name, company, email, telephone, postal address and any other information that he will add in the «message» insert. By filling out the recruitment form, the browser agrees to communicate his name, first name, email, position sought, telephone number, country, postal address, CV, cover letter and any other information that he will add in the insert «message».

Section 7 – User’s right: access, rectification and referencing of data
In accordance with the applicable regulations on personal data, users have the following rights:
• The right of access: they can exercise their right to know the personal data concerning them, by writing to the address below. In this case, before the implementation of this right, the Platform may request proof of the user’s identity to verify its accuracy;
• The right to rectification: if personal data held by the Platform is inaccurate, they may request that this information be updated;
• The right to erasure: users may request the erasure of their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (see section 9 for erasure procedures);
• The right to limit processing: users can request that the Platform restrict the processing of personal data, in accordance with the assumptions provided by the GDPR.
• The right to object to data processing: users can object to their data being processed in accordance with the assumptions set out in the GDPR;
• The right to portability: they can request that the Platform passes on the personal data they have provided to a new Platform.

All applications must be accompanied by a photocopy of a valid ID document signed and must mention the address at which the publisher can contact the applicant. The response will be sent within one month of receipt of the request. This one-month period may be extended by two months if the complexity of the application and/or the number of applications so require. If the user does not receive a response, he can lodge a complaint with the CNIL: https://www.cnil.fr/ or any competent judge. However, we recommend that you contact us first, because we are at your disposal to solve your problem

Section 8 – Use of data
When the user signs up for the newsletter, his personal information is recorded in the company’s business file and transmitted to the person responsible for sending the newsletter with the Mailchimp tool. This data may be used for commercial and marketing purposes or in the context of a possible satisfaction survey.
The user’s browsing data is automatically recorded when the user navigates on the site and may be used by the marketing department for website optimization.
Section 9 – Data retention policy
In the context of the information collected for the newsletter, data is stored as long as no request for deletion of data has been made by the user. This request for deletion can be formulated in two ways:
9.1 Request for deletion upon receipt of the newsletter
At the bottom of the newsletter, in the footer, the user clicks “you can update your preference or unsubscribe from the list”. This will redirect the user to a page where they can enter the reason for their unsubscription and click on “submit”. At this point it will be automatically removed from the mailing list.
9.2 Request for deletion from DPO
By contacting dpo directly at: dpo@wearth-group.com, the user ensures that his data is deleted from the mailchimp tool and therefore no longer receive the newsletter but also that his data is deleted from the company’s commercial files.
Section 10 – Photographs and product representations
The photographs of products, accompanying their description, are not contractual and do not commit the publisher.
Section 11 – Applicable law
These terms of use of the site are governed by French law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office of the publisher, subject to an assignment of specific jurisdiction arising from a particular legal or regulatory text.
